אמרי ברשות הויא לה שן ברשות הניזק ושן ברשות הניזק חייבת שלא ברשות הויא לה שן ברה"ר ושן ברשות הרבים פטורה
and Tooth doing damage in the plaintiff's premises entails liability,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Ex. XXII, 4.
